作為教育工作者及培訓導師，最大的挑戰不是教學內容，因為在現今世代，彈指之間AI已經能夠展示重點內容。因此，提升學習體驗，才能讓觀眾真正收到並學到。

「動感教學」訪談系列，邀請不同界別的教育人士，如何應用教學策略，寓學於樂！今集非常榮幸邀請許寧導師（Neil），分享多個實用手法，提升觀眾的投入度！

在教育子女的旅程中，家长们常常会面临两种极端：要么放任不管，要么陷入重重焦虑、困惑、烦恼，甚至频繁与孩子们发生争吵，能够轻松自如又游刃有余的实属少数。如果你是一个没有太多育儿经验的父母，你一定希望有前辈分享经验，让你在教养孩子的过程中得以借鉴，并学会释放自己的压力。

这次，我们非常幸运地邀请到了Cindy 妈，她是两个正值青春期的孩子的母亲。在过去的十多年里，她经历了无数次育儿的挑战和挫败，学到了一些关键的心得。作为同样是两个青春期孩子的Sam 爸，他不仅是节目的主持人，还与Cindy互相交流，分享他们在教养子女方面所得到的宝贵经验。

无论是习惯、关系还是成瘾行为，每个人都有想要摆脱的东西。我们经常尝试在几天内戒掉，没有任何问题。例如，当你戒烟24天后，你可能开始质疑为什么需要戒烟，失去了曾经的享受。同样，当你试图戒掉玩手机游戏或观看TikTok 37天时，你可能会感到不舒服，并最终屈服于再次参与这些活动的诱惑。

我经常注意到这种现象。虽然我自己不吸烟，但我读过一本名为《你可以戒烟》的书，其中介绍了一个引人入胜的想法，让我产生共鸣。它指出，如果你把戒烟视为一种牺牲或折磨，长期来看你不会成功。这种心态最终会让戒烟的想法感到奇怪或不安。

下次，试着考虑一下你享受的活动或习惯，以及戒掉这个不良习惯后可以获得的好处。

No matter whether it's a habit, a relationship, or addictive behavior, everyone has something they want to get rid of. We often try to quit for a few days without any issues. For example, when you stop smoking for 24 days, you may start questioning why you need to quit and lose the enjoyment you once had. Similarly, when you try to stop playing mobile games or watching TikTok for 37 days, you may feel uncomfortable and eventually give in to the temptation to engage in those activities again.

I've noticed this kind of phenomenon quite often. Although I don't smoke myself, I read a book called "You Can Stop Smoking" which introduced a fascinating idea that resonated with me. It suggested that if you perceive quitting as a sacrifice or a form of torture, you won't succeed in the long run. This mindset can eventually make the idea of quitting feel strange or unsettling.

Next time, try to consider what you enjoy about the activity or habit you want to quit. Also, think about the benefits you can gain by eliminating this bad habit from your life.

經過幾次安檢後，我所目睹的是他們真正友善和「人性的」。我只需要更多的故事來引起他們的共鳴，加強他們相信改變是可能的。
Thanks for the invitation from 挪亚. This was my first time ever delivering a workshop in jail. At first, I didn't know how they would react or treat me. Would they be passive or offensive towards me? All the concepts I had were from TV.
After a few security checks, what I witnessed from them was really nice and "human." I just need to have more stories that resonate with their lives and enhance their belief in the possibility of change.

My Toastmasters friend, Kitty, and her Church buddy came over to Macau yesterday. I'm excited to show them around and take them to some non-touristy spots where they can truly experience and enjoy the nice atmosphere.

What can you imagine? A nice walk in Coloane, a visit to a heritage ship factory, a local park in Macau Peninsula, and the library. We can also visit our TM Macau founder, Herbert Lee, the firework factory in Taipa, and more.

Yes, these may not be the typical tourist attractions, but I've noticed a problem when people visit some popular places in Macau - it gets crowded, making it difficult to breathe or see things in detail. In the end, we had a wonderful dinner and shared some memorable moments together. We also took some amazing pictures. Moment in time! Luckily, they loved the arrangements I made.

我的Toastmasters朋友Kitty和她的教友伙伴昨天來到了澳門。我很興奮地帶他們四處走走，帶他們去一些非旅遊景點，讓他們真正體驗和享受美好的氛圍。

你能想像嗎？在路環漫步，參觀一家具有歷史的造船廠，去澳門半島的一個本地公園和圖書館。我們還可以拜訪我們的TM澳門創辦人, Herbert，氹仔的煙花工廠等等。

是的，這些可能不是典型的旅遊景點，但我注意到當人們參觀澳門的一些熱門地方時存在問題——擁擠使得呼吸困難，也難以細看事物。最後，我們享受了美好的晚餐，共度了一些難忘的時刻。我們還有一些難得的照片。光陰似箭！幸運的是，他們喜歡我所安排的行程。

My partner would like to develop a habit of exercising more. Therefore, she engages in a small exercise routine before starting her work. For instance, she plays badminton with me in the morning, or she comes home earlier and does a simple workout before her evening meetings. This concept is known as the "stopping cue."

When you set a deadline, it becomes a keystone habit that helps you overcome procrastination.

By implementing this strategy, you can make your work more efficient and productive.

我的伴侣希望养成更多锻炼的习惯。因此，她会在工作前进行一些小型锻炼。例如，早上她会和我一起进行羽毛球锻炼，或者她会早点回家，在晚间会议前进行简单的锻炼。

Why do we easily forget what we have learned? One of the reasons is the importance of output. I really like the concept of "the output dictates the input" from Richard Feynman's learning skills. Nobody likes to waste time. When we make promises to engage in activities such as podcasting, teaching, coaching, or simply sharing, we can count them as outputs. Therefore, we have to digest more information due to accountability.

Tomorrow is another monthly livestream show for me, and I'm pretty psyched myself. The whole idea was hatched at a wedding party with my friend in China. I was wondering how to improve my Mandarin fluency, and she suggested that I discuss my favorite topics in a live format. Apparently, it worked.

This morning, when the time came to 7:15 am, it was our monthly coaching gathering. Frank is a seasoned coach who lives in Sydney. Each time, we pick some issues to fix or figure out how to handle them. How do we spend our one-hour time? You name it: family, career, news, crises, or funny stuff. What keeps us going in the long run?

I would say it's a resonating conversation.
At first, one of us would be ready to pop up with some questions, while the other side would have a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and say, "Fire away!"
Secondly, we might have moments when we feel down in the dumps, but this regular sharing not only inspires us but also helps us release our anxiety.

EQ is one of my favourite subjects. I was so glad to join this EQ workshop because I had registered for another outdoor activity first. However, due to the non-stop downpour, the organization had to reschedule it.

I have been a trainer all my life, and EQ is a cornerstone for everything. Lately, I have been feeling that I may not be hip enough to connect with the new generation. That's why I came to this workshop to learn from my friend, Elvo, who is humorous and knowledgeable in this subject.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not a master in all subjects. Quite the contrary, I consider myself a student because the more I learn, the more respectful teachers I meet, and the more inadequate I feel.

EQ 是我最喜欢的科目之一。我很高兴能参加这个 EQ 工作坊，因为我最初报名参加了另一个户外活动。然而，由于不停的倾盆大雨，组织方决定推迟活动。

昨天很感恩有机会看到小小的电影：「最佳礼物」
电影是描述一个大概九岁的女生，因为父母已经离异异，当晚是她的生日，因此需要出席两个生日会。

本来是开心事，然而去到各自的生日会，看到离异的父母，也有他们的小朋友，对比下就很不是味儿，为什麽她的生日需要走来走去？为什么父母要放下她？她最想要的礼物像是一个稳定的家！

没有一个父母想有这样的结果，因此我们需要多一点关心，好好关顾小朋友成长上的挑战。

看的一本好书，可以影响我们的想法。假如遇见一位好伙伴，做同一件事情，互相发挥最好的自己，已经不单纯是想法的改变，而是结果的改变！

今早六点，跟着几个游戏专家一起交流。因為我老师准备出產一个卡片游戏，想在現有的基礎上，加多一點变化，变的更好玩，更有趣。

透過這個一小時ideation活動，我也學到一些創意製作過程。大家來自四個不同國家，文化不同，創意更多樣化！

我非常喜欢慢跑，通常都是在早上进行。然而，有时候我会因为太过专注于看书而耽搁出门的时间，结果就干脆放弃慢跑了。

后来我发现了一个小窍门，我会先把家里的垃圾袋放在门外，因为垃圾房在街道的另一侧。这样一来，我会感到有些不好意思，不想让我的垃圾袋妨碍其他人通过门口。

因此，我就不能再延迟出门了！一旦我走出门外，慢跑就不再是一个困难。

一天早上，遇见好朋友，他犹豫是否要过香港总部上课。我问他是否一定要上？他说是必须的，假如因病请假，当然没问题。

我说若然你不去，可能整天很大压力。不如你早点过香港，先享受一顿美味的早餐，带着不单纯是上班，而是免费学习新知识，不是更好吗？
结果，他就带着笑脸过香港了！

2024年差不多過了半年，你今年計劃做得怎麼樣？努力想進步很重要，相信你可以改變更重要啊！

每个人也有空闲的时间, 会做什么呢？

每个人也有空闲的时间, 会做什么呢？你看到在公车上或者是在街上，甚至朋友交流，很多人就是很容易去刷手机，在家里面看电视。这些是娱乐，很难说是兴趣。

我觉得兴趣就是做你感兴趣的事，在那里发现自己，有意义又很享受的事！

许多人知道跳出舒适区对成长有帮助，但他们认为外面会有许多困难和时间消耗，因此一直不愿采取行动。实际上，成长区可以是一些微小的习惯。

比如，承诺每天只花3分钟画一张简笔画并写一句话。这个目标非常简单，让我无法拒绝坚持下去。实际操作中，有很多天我都超额完成！真正的成长就在不远处！

这几天晚上，久不久就给蚊子叮。以前的我，对这些事很敏感，反应很大，却不能解决问题。

现在会多一点钝感，专注寻找解决方案，不致陷入情绪不安，有机会要分享「钝感力」这本好看的书！
